What a great little getter-abouter! This is a nimble delightful scooter. The seat is comfortable and the controls are very user friendly.
Now it's not absolutely perfect, there are a few drawbacks. The turning radius is a bit wide for my liking, but part of that is our neighborhood sidewalks are slender, so that probably is not a problem for anyone else. Plus, I can maneuver, back up, angle, forward, angle, to get around sharp turns. Others may not have that experience at all. Another is that it has zero shock absorption. I may eventually spring for a seat with springs. Still, for the price this little scooter can't be beat! For range, electricity usage, sheer convenience, size and price, it is a dream to own and handle. This is the first scooter I have ever owned, but I've tried out many. The Rascal, the Amigo and others. This little MS02 puts them all in the shade for a personal mobility device. If I ever upgrade, it will be to another EcoMobi! It totally rocks. Oh, and several of my neighbors already have asked where I got it and what the price is, and I think a couple are planning on getting one for themselves! We'll have our own NASCAR. Neighborhood Association Scooter Competitions And Racing! LOL!

The scooter was recommended by my daughter who accompanyed her grandfather when he was going through medical treatment. I am currently dealing with arthritis and the scooter is giving me freedom to get arround. I am very thankful
The scooter arrived with a quarter-sized gouge in the platform under where the seat attaches. Looks like something sharp was dropped on it. Too much hassle to re-package and return for only cosmetic damage but I am still disappointed.
Bought this for my mother & she loves it! I highly recommend going on YouTube & pulling up the 2 minute assembly video. Made assembly a breeze
