Shipping Policy

Shipments are shipped to addresses within the United States only.

At ecomobi, we value every customer and customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We are doing our best to expedite processing and get your package to you as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your patience. Thank you for your understanding.

1. Which countries do you ship to?

All mobility scooters can be shipped to the United States.

2. How much does shipping cost? How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Due to the nature of the item, ground shipping is the only option:

3. When will my order be processed?

①Orders placed Monday to Friday: Your item will be shipped within 24 hours.

②Orders placed on the weekend: Your item will be shipped on Monday.

If you have special circumstances or requests, please let us know. We are a professional mobility scooter company with rich experience (you can leave us a message during the purchase process).

4. Order Cancellation:

Customers can only request to cancel their order if we are unable to complete and ship your order within 7 business days.

You can also cancel your order if your item has not yet been shipped.

Once the item has been shipped, your order cannot be canceled. If the customer refuses to accept the package upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Delivery Time:

Delivery time depends on your location. You can check the tracking number on the carrier's website to find out when your order will be delivered. Please note that tracking information may not be available in the system until 72 hours after the order is placed.

6. Package Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. When your order is processed and leaves our facility, a shipping notification with tracking information will be sent to your email address.

7. How do I track my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive an email from us with the corresponding order inquiry method and order tracking. You can check the progress of your order at any time.
