Do not buy this scooter! The battery does not detach when folded which means it cannot be taken on board an airplane! It also means you cannot manually fold it. The handle bar doesn’t move and even though I have spoken to costumer service multiple Times, I have received a fake text message and not a single answer to my request “our technicians don’t talk on the phone” and no one knows the product or can give me answers to any of my questions. Save yourself the trouble. Get a one from a REAL company

I received my US 2417 on time without the replacement battery which was supposed to come with it Ecomobi has sent me the replacement battery i have called Affirm that the dispute is resolved only other thing when i ordered US2417 i ordered a basket because it said it didn’t come with one but when i received my scooter it came with one so can you send me a link to print a label so i can send it back so i can get my refund from American Express thank you also i would recommend Ecomobi

I love, love my ECOMOBI MS02F-Ultra Automatic Folding Mobility Scooter. I have been using it for a week now, and it has been a big relief for me when going to work each day and navigating the office. I am looking forward to taking it on vacation so I can be mobile and participate in family outings. This was a great purchase. I love the automatic feature, and it was easy to assemble.

Looks great with lots of great features. However instruction booklet could be better.
