I. Safety Operation
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and smooth driving experience, please read this section thoroughly before your first ride. Your safety is our priority. If you have any questions, please reach out to your local dealer for assistance.
I. Pre-Operation Checklist
Know Your Local Traffic Rules This scooter is categorized as a non-motorized vehicle. While a driver’s license is not required, you must follow the same traffic regulations as pedestrians. Always use crosswalks or non-motorized lanes. When traveling along roadsides, avoid crossing diagonally or making sudden movements into traffic.
Practice Before You Ride Before your first trip, take time to familiarize yourself with all controls. Find a quiet, safe area with flat ground to practice accelerating, braking, reversing, turning, and handling inclines. Do not venture onto busy roads until you are fully confident in your steering.
Vehicle Inspection Before every use, ensure the brakes are responsive, all electronic functions are working correctly, and the battery is fully charged.
⚠️ WARNING:
Moisture Protection: Never expose the electrical system to rain, snow, or damp conditions for long periods. Do not wash the scooter with a direct water hose. If the scooter gets wet, ensure it is completely dry and functional before restarting.
Environmental Hazards: Avoid driving in extreme weather (heavy rain, fog, strong winds) or on difficult terrain like sand, mud, or ice to prevent accidents.
Physical Condition: Never operate the scooter under the influence of alcohol, while fatigued, or if you have a medical condition that could lead to a sudden loss of physical control.
2. Safe Driving Guidelines
Single Rider Only: This scooter is strictly for one person. Do not carry passengers or use the vehicle to tow cargo.
Stay Seated: Always remain seated while driving and keep a firm grip on the handlebars. Avoid aggressive steering ("serpentine" driving) or sharp turns at high speeds, as this may cause the scooter to tip.
Stay Focused: Reduce speed in congested areas or on uneven roads. Never use a mobile phone or wireless device while moving. If you must take a call, stop in a safe spot and turn off the power first.
Reversing & Elevators: Always check your surroundings before reversing. Move slowly when entering or exiting rooms and elevators. Never use your scooter on an escalator.
Inclines & Obstacles: Approach slopes straight-on at a low speed. Do not attempt to climb hills that exceed the scooter’s rated limit. Avoid driving over obstacles or curbs higher than 8 cm (approx. 3 inches).
Intersections: Always obey traffic lights. Stop and look both ways before proceeding slowly when the light turns green.
System Care: Avoid repeatedly switching the power lock on and off or making frequent "jackrabbit" starts and stops.
Authorized Use Only: Do not lend your scooter to anyone unfamiliar with its operation, and never allow children to play with the controls.
3. Post-Operation Care
Secure Parking: When leaving the scooter, always turn off the power and take the key with you.
Long-term Storage: If you do not plan to use your scooter for more than one week, please disconnect the battery to preserve its lifespan.

IV. Charging and maintenance of battery
·electric scooter battery maintenance common sense
The lifespan of a battery is not only related to the quality of the product from the manufacturer and the system configuration of the electric mobility scooter, but it also has a lot to do with how the consumer uses and maintains it. Therefore, while demanding quality from the manufacturer, it is also extremely important to understand and master the knowledge of battery maintenance.
1. "Saturated State": Develop the habit of keeping the battery fully charged. Whether you ride 5 miles or 10 miles each day, you should recharge the battery to keep it in a "saturated state" over the long term.
2. Regular Deep Discharge: It is recommended to perform a deep discharge once every two months. Do not store the battery in a discharged state, as this can severely affect its lifespan. The longer it is left idle, the more damage it will sustain.
3. Avoid High Current Discharge: High current discharge can harm the battery, so overloading is not recommended. Temperature greatly affects the battery's capacity, so the charging time should be appropriately extended when the temperature is low.
4. Maintain the Scooter and Battery: Ensure that other parts of the scooter are in good condition and keep the battery surface clean. Avoid long-term exposure to sunlight, especially while charging. It is best to store the scooter in a cool, ventilated, and dry place.
Ⅴ.Maintenance and Care
In order to maintain good performance of the scooter, reduce the occurrence of failures,Make your driving safe and comfortable. In daily use, please pay attention to the following points:
1. Read the safety instructions carefully, fully understand the meanings. The electric scooter controller is the key component of the scooter,Don't open it yourself or Manipulate other configurations to change controller’s performance. The controller surface should always be wiped with a dry, soft cloth,It is forbidden to use the controller in the environment of excessive temperature, overload, and excessive humidity.
2. Do not attempt to open, repair, or modify the internal structure of the motor, as this may damage the motor and void the warranty. It is strictly prohibited to overload and block for a long time, and the dirt on the surface of the motor should be cleaned frequently, especially the dirt on the cable of the motor. It is strictly prohibited to allow water to enter. Crossing water puddles deeper than 5 cm may cause water to enter the motor, potentially resulting in permanent damage to the motor.
3. Do not use gasoline or other chemicals to wipe the electric mobility scooter ’s casing or other parts. Use a soft cloth that has been dampened and wrung out. Additionally, regularly inspect and maintain the electric mobility scooter.
Check daily to see if the battery needs charging, and inspect the brakes before driving to ensure they are functioning correctly. Regularly check if the lever's fixing screws are loose and ensure the lever is in a neutral position. Avoid getting the electrical system wet, and use the scooter only after it has dried. Periodically check the battery status and clean the battery terminals if necessary. If the scooter is not used for a long period, charge it approximately once a month. Regularly inspect the insulation of the wires and ensure all connectors are making good contact. Check if the front and rear tires are wobbling.
