Just received my scooter today. I will submit a review soon.

It takes a bit of time to get used to the machine

It takes a bit of time to get used to the machine....It lags then goes quick. Adjusting the speed dial is important....also the left right balance is iffy so make sure you are aware of that so you do not tip over like I did...It is good backwards and forward....side to side you had better pay attention for sure. The machine is clean and works as advertised. The battery is not clearly marked for how long the charge lasts....it is confusing to read two choices but not know which one is on this particular machine.... It is giving me independence I did not have before and I am happy so far with what I am finding mostly.....

OMG!! This is unbelievable. I have got freedom. I am a feisty 80 yr. old who gave up her new car of 2 yrs. Could not afford to fix it. With this gorgeous scooter, I have my freedom to get out and enjoy life. Go shopping at the Mall, the supermarket and Dr's. appts. I did my homework and wanted dista nce with a strong battery and easy to operate and put together with 2 baskets and up to a speed of 7 miles per hour. This is my new life at 80 yrs. old. Great Scooter

I've had this scooter for a couple weeks and it is fantastic. The speed is fast, more than I would ever need. It handles well and is built solidly. Turning in tight places can be a challenge but it's easy to go forward and reverse. I love that it has two baskets. I've done my grocery shopping and can fit everything I need in both and on the floor, if need be. Customer service has been great. Received a courtesy call about a week ago asking about my purchase and then again with text messaging. Well worth the money.

this cart is great. it is completely quiet when running. its comfortable to sit on. the controls are easy to use. it has plenty of power even going up hill. it does not need to be charged very often. itt is narrow so it goes into small places.
